My showtimes or movie profiles aren't updating from Vista/Veezi... How do I speed it up?

 

Your websites movie times and movie profile data is synced to your Vista/Veezi account. These updates can take up to 3-4 hours to show on your site. But there is a way to make them appear instantly...

1. Once the change has been made to your Vista/Veezi account, log in to your site’s admin area (e.g., https://abccinemas.com/admin).

2. On the Dashboard page after logging in, hit Force data refresh

3. Depending on the speed of the Vista/Veezi server, this may take up to 5 minutes.

4. After 5 minutes refresh your website check your expected changes appear.
